Rhiannon Young is the Assistant Vice President of Capital Markets at Flat Rock Global. Prior to joining Flat Rock Global in 2025, she was a consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she focused in the Financial Services practice and advised clients on large-scale transformation projects, helping organizations navigate complex changes and optimize operations. She earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and resides in Charleston, SC.
